Real World Best Practices in Developing, Negotiating, and Implementing Infrastructure Access Agreements with Utilities

From pole attachment agreements to fiber lease agreements building, maintaining, and extending facilities-based broadband networks often involves a need to access utility or other third-party infrastructure.
