Warren Woodward is the Director of Broadband at XMission Internet, an ISP based in Salt Lake City Utah that has been in operation since 1993. For nearly 25 years Woodward has guided XMission business and residential Internet services over dialup, ISDN, DSL, and now both public and private fiber. He has been an advocate for open-access networks for 20 years, spearheaded XMission’s involvement in the UTOPIA Fiber project since its inception in 2005, and is expanding OAN partnerships across the western US.
