Ryan Matthews, Sr. Vice Present – Program Management, has over 20 years of experience in engineering, business, and leadership. Prior to joining Congruex, Ryan Matthews worked for AT&T in various leadership roles.  During his time at AT&T he held various positions within engineering, construction, and OSP Engineering Support.  CHC Consulting’s leadership team, drive to innovate and dedication to service excellence drew him to the firm in 2016.

At CHC Consulting, served as SVP responsible for overseeing their Engineering Services division, which provides dedicated engineering services and full turn-key OSP design solutions.  With over 20 years of telecommunications experience, Ryan’s dedication to people and efficient processes makes him a well-respected leader among his peers.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri Rolla) and an MBA from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
