Nick Alexander is the Senior Policy Advisor in NTIA’s Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth. Prior to joining OICG in January 2022, Nick was a partner at a boutique telecommunications law firm in Washington, DC, the head of federal regulatory affairs for a large carrier, and an attorney at the Federal Communications Commission, where he held various positions in the Wireline Competition Bureau and served as a legal advisor to three members of the Commission. Prior to earning his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, Nick served as an airborne infantry officer in the U.S. Army.
