Misti Willock, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Resound Networks, leverages over two decades of expertise in the telecommunications industry, specializing in business development, strategic partnership management, and community engagement.  Her senior leadership roles in sales and engineering showcases her proficiency in steering high-level stakeholders and driving various broadband initiatives.

Recognized for outstanding contributions to expanding connectivity in rural areas, Misti is a respected leader committed to ensuring digital equity for underserved communities.  In 2022, she was elected to the New Mexico Technology Council Executive Committee and continues as a board member in 2024.  Misti frequently shares her insights as a panelist or moderator at broadband conferences throughout the Southwest and Midwest, including notable events hosted by U.S. Senator Tom Udall, Broadband Communities, New Mexico Technology Council, and Mountain Connect.

Misti’s impactful career includes securing over $150 million in funding for broadband construction projects for rural and tribal underserved communities.  Joining Resound Networks in 2023, Misti leads community engagement and broadband business development efforts across multiple states, including Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas.
