Kristin Brownson is the Assistant Director of Public Works for the Town of Breckenridge.  In this capacity, she manages the fiber broadband project, working to connect as many people as possible.  In the past four years, the Town has made a $20 million investment in fiber broadband infrastructure. Kristin continues to build the network, focusing on workforce housing, anchor institutions, and high-density residential and commercial neighborhoods.  Before coming to Breckenridge, Kristin was the Colorado State Engineer for the Federal Aviation Administration for 23 years.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Colorado.
