Justin leads Sanborn’s Broadband Consulting Practice that focuses on supporting states with their data analytics, mapping, policy, and implementation of federal and state broadband programs. Justin brings extensive experience from his prior tenure at NTIA, where he was the Data Analytics and Mapping Program Manager that supported the BEAD program as well as the other NTIA broadband grant programs including the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program, Middle Mile Broadband Infrastructure Program, Digital Equity Act Programs, and Connecting Minority Communities. Since joining Sanborn in May 2023, Justin has been providing senior-level guidance and direction to our team and is Sanborn’s senior client-facing consultant for our portfolio of broadband projects. His experience and understanding of NTIA policy intent and policy guidance have proven to be highly valuable in providing our state broadband clients with strategic advice and guidance. Dr. Fazzari is fluent in data analytics, geospatial analyses, and applying proven strategies for success to our broadband projects. He has in-depth experience in public policy/administration, telecommunications and economic development, strategy development/analysis, project/program management, on-time delivery of highly visible products, and outcomes. He is also a frequent speaker at national events, authors blogs on broadband related topics and leads Sanborn’s broadband webinars focused on supporting states navigate their BEAD and broadband programs.
