ill is an Arkansas native, with over 23 years in the telecommunications industry.
Presently, she serves as Chief Operating Officer for Diamond State Networks
where her teams manage all customer-facing functions ranging from network
operations to customer engagement and service delivery. Prior to joining DSN, Jill
started her career experience spending ten-years with Alltel and spanning
multiple roles across large to mid-size carriers such as Windstream, Allo
Communications and Ritter Communications. More recently, Jill heard the calling
to deliver broadband to the underserved and has been supporting rural
broadband initiatives for nearly seven years within the engineering and
operations space. She is a passionate servant leader with a dedicated focus on
knowledge sharing and the development of others.

Jill enjoys the outdoors, playing guitar and enjoys conversations around social
sciences with friends. Her favorite moments in life are when all three children of
her blended family spend time together without arguing.
