Michigan Broadband Office: Infrastructure and Data Director

Jessica Randall is the Infrastructure and Data Director for the Michigan High-Speed Office, with responsibility for overseeing both Michigan’s BEAD program and the Realizing Opportunity with Broadband Information Networks grant program. Before joining MIHI, she was a Senior Advisor and Interim Chief of Staff to Michigan Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist and worked on a range of issues including broadband and digital equity. Her prior roles include five years as staff in the Michigan Legislature and positions at a number of advocacy organizations based in Washington, DC. Jessica received a bachelor’s degree from American University, a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, and a maîtrise en droit de globalisation économique awarded jointly by the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and Université de Paris I Panthéon-La Sorbonne. She lives outside Lansing, Michigan, with her husband and their two young children.
