Jamie co-founded Ubiquity in 2019 and serves as the Co-CEO and Managing Partner responsible for all corporate functions and deal sourcing, evaluation, and value creation strategies. He drives the strategic direction and vision of the Company, providing corporate and financial leadership in addition to strategic operational support.

Prior to Ubiquity, he served as a Managing Partner of RCP Holdings, a communications infrastructure company, and co-founded Branch Communications growing operations to over 900 assets in 38 US States and Puerto Rico. Previously, he worked in a wide range of management, financial, business development and government relations capacities for various business organizations.

Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a JD from George Mason University School of Law, and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
