Greg Jaramillo has over 25 years of professional telecommunications experience. He has a notable record of achievement including managing large departments in operations, engineering and infrastructure construction but also enjoys all elements of business development. He is masterful in building professional RFP responses, project estimating, budget forecasting, recruitment, and strategic alignments, delivering results by maximizing both human and equipment potential. Tenacious as a team builder, Greg is resourceful and takes great passion in ensuring the entire life cycle of project is executed. Greg has a very diverse background in the industry. Managing engineering, operations and construction divisions with Qwest, CenturyTel, and Kelly Cable including his current role with Commnet Broadband which has provided him a thorough understanding of end-to-end product deployment. His balance of experience in the industry both with carrier services and contract services gives him a unique, invaluable edge to maximizing efficiencies. Greg has a demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with external and internal business partners. He has also lead divisions providing turnkey solutions from design, environmental compliance, permitting, ROW, construction, and service implementation associated to large scale FTTP projects across the southwest.

Greg embraces technology by engaging cloud technology for information sharing and efficiency. He is in tune with enhanced ethernet technologies, PON applications/architecture and network configurations that maximize network potential. His agnostic approach to technology and passion to serve rural America has provided him the opportunity to deploy a multitude of service technologies including microwave radio, fixed wireless radio, PTP and PTMP applications and is seasoned in all municipal, county, state, Tribal and federal permitting compliance. Greg remains focused on complete adherence to the process with a “no-shortcut” approach. In addition, Greg has planned and managed a variety of Federal projects involving multiple tribal entities, rural communities delivering service to the most remotes areas of the southwest. Greg is a dedicated leader in an ever-evolving industry.

When Greg is not delivering broadband to rural America he enjoys coaching baseball, hunting, and fishing. Married father of three children and grandson, he enjoys spending time with family.
