Corian focuses on supporting the many local and state leaders working to improve broadband and digital inclusion in their communities. Corian creates resources, tracks state and local broadband initiatives, and collaborates with local leaders, elevating policy barriers and opportunities.

Before coming to NCC, Zacher researched and worked on telecommunications policy issues, most recently as an intern at Common Cause. Zacher is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School, where Zacher studied telecommunications law and policy, and has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Oklahoma State University. At Colorado, Zacher served as Editor-in-Chief of the Colorado Technology Law Journal.
