Claire Ward is the Manager of Market Development and Communications at NoaNet, a public utility owned open-access telecom provider based in Washington State. She believes she has the greatest job in the business because she gets to work with organizations and communities to help them achieve their community broadband goals through community engagement, grant strategy, and connecting them into the NoaNet ecosystem of network engineers, outside plant, and operations professionals.
