As VP of IT with Point Broadband, Bob Helton was responsible for the billing systems, migrations, Help Desk, and reporting. Bob has over 20 years of experience in IT and Customer Service. Bob has a passion for implementing systems that are most effective and beneficial for the business and the end users.

Bob is currently an independent contractor with Core Network Solutions. Prior to that, he was VP of IT at Point Broadband. He worked on implementing Salesforce at Auburn University for two years before that with the majority of his career being spent working at CoachComm.
