New Mexico State Library: Digital Equity Program Manager
Bo is a seasoned professional with a passion for bridging the digital divide and empowering communities. With a background in community engagement and project management, Bo has been instrumental in implementing impactful digital equity solutions. Formerly a Community Ambassador for Connect313, Bo designed and executed digital literacy programs, successfully enrolling the 100,000th City of Detroit resident in the Affordable Connectivity Program.
As a project manager for the Osborn Neighborhood Alliance, Bo expanded digital access to public spaces, promoting connectivity, digital literacy, and community engagement. Bo is also a sought-after public speaker, sharing insights at digital equity and inclusion events.
Currently serving as the Digital Equity Program Manager at the New Mexico State Library, Bo is spearheading initiatives to bring telehealth, digital skill training, and extended connectivity to libraries and bookmobile stops across the state. His dedication and expertise make him a key player in the quest for accessible and affordable digital equity solutions, with a particular focus on crafting culturally competent programs for Tribal communities.
