Amber Smyer serves as the program manager for University of Idaho Extension’s Digital Economy Program. As a native Idahoan, she is committed to helping individuals and communities grow through workforce and economic development initiatives. She’s excited to be working to increase the digital readiness and resiliency of Idahoans by delivering programming that reduce the digital divide for rural and underserved populations.
