As President of Lightwave Resource Group, he advises internet service providers, engineering firms, and construction partners on the design, funding, and execution of large-scale fiber deployment programs. Throughout his career, Helton has played a key role in launching and scaling multiple broadband companies, overseeing the construction of millions of fiber passings across diverse markets. Recognized for his expertise in construction engineering, network deployment, and organizational leadership, he has consistently built high-performing teams and operational frameworks that deliver quality, efficiency, and long-term growth. Previously, Helton served as Chief Construction Officer at Ripple Fiber, where he led construction and deployment strategies supporting the company's rapid expansion. Prior to Ripple Fiber, he held leadership positions in engineering and construction at Clearwave Fiber and Metronet, helping drive the successful deployment of fiber broadband infrastructure in communities across the country.
