Stacey Slaughter

NCTI, CEO

NCTI President and CEO, Stacey Slaughter, is a member of a too-small community of women-owned businesses in the Broadband Industry. While championing for more women at the top, Stacey pilots her team through constant evolution as a flexible enterprise learning organization that develops and deploys learning content to industry professionals via its proprietary learning platform, Amp.  Having never imagined herself as a business owner, Stacey found herself presented with the unique opportunity to acquire NCTI (then Jones/NCTI) in December of 2015. With the acquisition of NCTI, Stacey led market-facing initiatives for the organization.

Today, she maintains focus on strategic vision and execution, tactical relationships with vendors and industry leaders, and aggressively growing product offerings and services. Stacey is an active executive member of the WICT Rocky Mountain Chapter. She also serves as on the Board for Christians in Communications, and Board Associate for the SCTE Rocky Mountain Chapter.

Stacey holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Washington, and a master’s degree from the University of Colorado.

Stacey is a certified public accountant, an active member in Denver-area cable and financial professional communities, and a member of the Class of 2023 Cable Pioneers.
