Justin Nelson serves as Chief Executive Officer for

All West Communications, CEO

Justin Nelson serves as Chief Executive Officer for All West Communications. In this role, he leads a team focused on expanding internet access in the west region with multi-gigabit fiber. 

Prior to joining All West Communications in 2025, he was Chief Operating Officer for HyperFiber LLC, a private equity funded fiber overbuilder building in five states. At HyperFiber he led the growth of the team from startup and first lit passing to building over 50K fiber passings per year. 

Justin has over twenty-five years experience in the telecommunications industry from startup to Fortune 500 organizations including Visionary Broadband, Onvoy Holdings/Inteliquent now Sinch, and Level 3.

Justin holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico
