Register for your booth and select to pay by credit card or be invoiced. If your email system has a robust spam filter or email address verification system you may not receive the invoice.  If so, please email Doug Adams to receive your invoice.

NOTE: If you are going to Sponsor and Exhibit, you must select your Sponsorship level first to receive the Exhibitor Booth discount.  To review the discount levels, please see the Sponsor/Exhibitor Prospectus.

Exhibitors will need to sign the Terms & Conditions and return them to Jeff Gavlinski.

Please note:

  1. If you have not already done so, make sure you request/select your exhibit hall space.  
  2. Booth reservations include a backdrop, side skirting, table, chairs and a waste basket.
  3. Standard booths are 10 feet wide, 8 feet deep.
