Mountain Connect (MC) may reproduce, publish and/or distribute copies of any materials provided to MC in connection with a Speaker’s presentation. By accepting the offer to be a speaker at MC, I agree that any and all materials that I provide in conjunction with my presentation do not violate any laws including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property or privacy. I further agree to indemnify and hold MC harmless from any and all losses, claims, penalties, damages and/or expenses incurred (including attorney’s fees), in connection with the defense of any actions arising out of the reproduction, publication and/or distribution of any and all materials provided to MC, including but not limited to any claims arising out of libel, slander, defamation, invasion of any person’s right to privacy or publicity, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any claim of plagiarism or piracy.
