MOUNTAIN CONNECT ANNOUNCES AGENDA FOR 7TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Agenda Includes National Leadership Aimed at Uncovering Creative Community Broadband Solutions

Keystone, Colorado – Today Mountain Connect, the West’s leading conference announced its agenda and speaker lineup. The conference is dedicated to accelerating smart city and municipal broadband efforts to promote innovation and drive economic growth. This year’s conference is once again at the Keystone Resort & Conference Center on May 22-24. This year’s conference, with the theme of Building Sustainable Communities through Smart Networks, offers four distinct tracks for attendees , including:

  1. All things Wireless
  2. Broadband Beginners’ steps for Community Development
  3. Broadband Veterans’ guide to P3’s, driving growth, and leveraging investments
  4. Demystifying Smart Cities

“This year Mountain Connect is taking a very pragmatic and strategic role to help advance communities’ broadband aspirations,” explains co-conference organizer Jeff Gavlinski. “Unfortunately, resources available including local and federal funds as well as private investment do not seem to be keeping up with community demand.  It’s our goal to help communities find creative solutions to serve their communities with robust broadband services.”
