Over 15 years as a civil engineer in telecom, he's worked both sides of the industry: engineering design and software/solutions. He's been a field inspector, project manager, program manager, and solutions engineer, and he's led design and delivery on projects worth $100M+ across 15+ states.

His technical grounding runs deep — pole loading, make-ready engineering, traffic control planning, and GIS data management — which lets him bridge the gap between field realities and program-level decisions. He's partnered with dozens of ISPs and network owners, and knows how to keep complex, multi-stakeholder projects moving.
