Jan Schindler has spent over 25 years in telecoms and digital infrastructure. He's seen fiber evolve from a niche technology into the backbone of global connectivity.

At TKI Infrastructure Solutions, he leads international business development. His focus is helping telecoms and infrastructure organizations digitalize the way networks get planned, built, and run.

Before joining TKI in early 2025, Jan held senior roles at Prysmian, Draka Communications, SSA Global Technologies, and the Baan Company. His work spanned market intelligence, strategy, and business development across Europe and North America.

He was active in the Fibre Council Europe (formerly FTTH Council Europe) for many years, chairing its Market Intelligence Committee from 2008 to 2018 and serving on its Board of Directors from 2020 to 2024, as well as on the Board of the Fibre Council MENA from 2015 to 2020.

Jan holds a MS degree in Business Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Zittau, Germany, and a Bachelor degree in International Business from Oslo University College, Norway.

The session will show how teams can move from photos, PDFs, disconnected checklists, and manual handovers toward a fully digital workflow, from the first site survey to final as-built documentation.
