Hilory Parker is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nexstream, a Texas-based broadband provider headquartered in Fredericksburg, TX, specializing in fiber-optic networks for rural communities The Org+1. She has been with Nexstream since 2018, initially as VP of Business Development (Dec 2018–Oct 2021), and was promoted to COO in August 2021, a role she continues to hold.
