His team advises on BEAD compliance and post-award oversight, EHP/NEPA review, 2 CFR Part 200 grant administration, cost modeling, and independent verification — pairing subject-matter experts who have run state broadband programs and built networks with ITG's ability to mobilize resources in nearly every state.
Adam is a licensed attorney in Maine and Massachusetts, holds a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, and previously worked in software development and digital forensics.
