Here are some highlights in the 2024 Sponsor and Exhibitor Prospectus:
- We have updated our A La Carte Sponsor options as there are some amazing visibility options available
- If you are interested in Exhibiting, the Exhibit Hall is in a very large open-air Plaza where our General Session Ballroom and Break-out sessions are anchored around in a horseshoe pattern. A venue map is forthcoming
- Due to the space, we only have ten 10×20 booth options. We have listed 9 in the Prospectus because one is dedicated to our Exhibitor Reception Sponsor
- Booths will come with a backdrop, side skirting, table, chairs and a waste basket. This will be managed by Alliance including receiving your Exhibitor Kits
- We will have an Exhibitor packet online form for any other services you may need for your booth. If you need audio, power, or other AV needs, this will be managed by Encore
- Not in the Prospectus but worth noting that we are going to include an Exhibit Hall interactive map where you will be able to select your own space as you register
