Whitney Evans Snardon
Parkridge Medical Center & Parkridge West Hospital: Chief Operating Officer
Whitney Evans Snardon is the Chief Operating Officer for Parkridge Medical Center & Parkridge West Hospital in the Greater Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Whitney began her career at New Orleans East Hospital, where she served on a team of administrators that worked to re-open a hospital that had been closed for 9 years due to Hurricane Katrina’s destruction. Being able to serve in this capacity in her native hometown led Whitney to continue serving the community through hospital leadership after moving to Paducah, Kentucky for an Administrative Fellowship. Whitney also served as the Neuroscience Service Line Director in Paducah for several years. In that time, Whitney learned that accessibility to proper resources is a critical need to improve health disparities. While in Kentucky, Whitney completed projects that placed AEDs in rural churches, expanded her hospital’s neuroscience program to reach underserved areas, and facilitated standing up the first mobile rape crisis response unit in the state of Kentucky. Whitney moved to Chattanooga in December of 2020 where she continues to provide servant leadership through her work on multiple community boards and with the Orchard Knob Collaborative, which she is always excited to talk about. In her spare time, Whitney enjoys spending her husband, Corbin, and their son, Ray. Her life philosophy is to embody love through action.
