Miranda Hutchison is the Business Process Engineer of Developmental Disabilities Services, Oklahoma Human Services. Miranda began her career with the State of Oklahoma Developmental Disabilities Services (OK DDS) as a case manager in 2002. Through the years, she has worked as a Program Field Representative and a Programs Manager II supporting case management and quality assurance before taking her current position as a Business Process Engineer in January 2022. In this position, Miranda oversees continuous improvement and project management for OK DDS. Miranda developed and launched the remote support and enabling technology programs for OK DDS. She is passionate about matching individuals with disabilities to the right technologies so they can lead a more independent and autonomous life. Miranda is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, is a LifeCourse Ambassador, Hope Navigator, and possesses a Grow with Google Project Management Certificate. Miranda holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Oklahoma City University and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University.
