Josh serves as Director of Operations of Jade Communications / Blanca Networks where he oversees network development, expansion, construction, logistics, NOC, and subscriber experience in Southern Colorado. In addition, Josh has been successful in acquiring close to $10 million dollars in broadband deployment funding to expand Jade’s gigabyte footprint in Southern Colorado. He holds a master’s degree from Yale University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Denver.
