Coach, mentor, motivator. These words drive Camilla Formica’s passion as a leader and her devotion to inspire others “to achieve their full potential with a helping hand that paves the way for future leaders”. As a servant leader, Camilla sets a high standard for what it means to show up for others. She is an active mentor, coach, and listener to anyone in need. Today, Camilla is Chief Revenue Officer and minority owner of NCTI, the Industry’s premier training partner. In her role, she aims to unify advancements in technology with the demand for quality and immediate education and training content, and to ensure everyone has opportunities to achieve their educational and professional goals.

Camilla began her career in the cable and telecommunications industry over 30 years ago as an account representative with Metromedia Communications in Southern California. Since then, she has served in other organizations such as ICG, AT&T and XO Communications. Through her extensive career, she has refined her expertise as an influential, purposeful, and goal-oriented leader, which serve her well both as a female executive and in her current role as Industry Advisor, and 2021-2022 Vice President for WICT Rocky Mountain.

Camilla is currently the Chairman of the NTCA Associate Member Advisory Council, is a past co-president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Professional Association of Customer Engagement (PACE), and is a board member for the Old English Sheepdog Rescue of Colorado.  A breast cancer survivor, Camilla is a Model of Courage for the Ford Warriors in Pink ambassadorship program and has been a member of the grant committee for the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation

Camilla lives in Elizabeth, Colorado on a little farm she has dreamt about her entire life. She has four grown children, two grandchildren, and four dogs (three are Old English Sheepdog Rescues).
