Andy is one of Washington’s most effective policy and political strategists, and regularly helps his clients execute legislative and regulatory strategies in the telecommunications, agriculture, food, energy, environment, and tax sectors. His clients have included corporations, small coalitions, public policy organizations, local government entities, and individuals confronted with policy issues resulting from federal law and regulations. He also is experienced at developing, managing and executing public affairs strategies, third party stakeholder efforts, and media campaigns.
Andy served as chief of staff in the leadership of the U.S. House of Representatives and held a variety of legislative, political, and communications positions with Members of Congress. He served as Chief of Staff for Congressman Rick Lazio (R-NY), Subcommittee Counsel for Congressman Richard Baker (R-LA) and was both Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Congressman Randy Tate (R-WA). After his Capitol Hill experience, Andy has worked for a major law firm and a small lobbying firm, and now owns his own business advocating for clients he’s represented for years. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University, New Orleans School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University.
