Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Many neighborhood pockets get left behind because the are hard and expensive to serve. They also get misrepresented as being served by incumbents so to secure funding they are fighting an uphill battle. This is a story on how to overcome those obstacles and to use a grass roots organizational campaign as a strategic advantage in building and marketing a new service.
Panel members would be companies and efforts like Clear Creek Broadband that have shown that it can be done and to not get too distracted by all the help and just build a network that works.
