Private Sector Investments in Broadband, Partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions

In addition to public investment such as ARPA and Infrastructure Bills, the private sector is aggressively investing in the broadband and connectivity industry. Private capital investing, which includes M&A activity, is picking up in U.S. broadband markets, with increased focus towards untapped rural markets. This session will discuss the current environment of M&A activity, valuations, and private-sector investment coupled with local and federal funding programs.
