Secure Mobile Voting with Blockchain

June 25th – 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm
Quandary Peak 1

Join Forrest Senti as we discuss findings from our case study on the “Secure the Vote” initiative that is bringing secure mobile voting backed by block chain to Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) voters.  Military service members who are deployed to an overseas location, missionaries and ex-patriots will now have an opportunity to securely vote in Denver’s spring election.  We will discuss blockchain and the potential that this technology has on the voter election system and Colorado and other municipalities as a whole.
