Scott Jackson’s current position focuses on Broadband Communications, Smart City, and Smart Grid systems. This includes Service Solutions across utility deployments spanning Electrical, IT/Communications, specialty applications (Smart City, Smart Grid, and Smart Lighting to the Smart Facility) along with the connected communities and associated networking for the Internet of Things (IoT).

He is currently Chairman of the Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) and is serving a second term on the Board of Directors of the FBA (Formerly Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) Council). Jackson previously acted as FTTH Technology Committee Chair for three terms and is the company representative for the Rural Broadband Coalition and Utilities Telecom Council. He also serves on various industry tasks forces from time-to-time and is an active participant on the Smart Grid Task Force submittal of Electri International and Michigan State University School of Planning, Design, and Construction.
