Telecom Section Chief, Colorado Public Utilities Commission
Lynn Notarianni has been in the private or public sector of the Telecommunications industry for over 30 years. Her telecom experience covers IT, network, and wholesale operations as well as technical and policy regulatory matters at the state and federal level. Lynn is currently the Telecom Section Chief at the Colorado PUC where she and her staff serve as advisors or trial staff to the Commissioners on technical, financial, and economic matters at the PUC. She is also responsible for several telecom programs including Universal Service, Lifeline and the Telecom Relay Service. Lynn serves as the PUC appointee to the State Broadband Board and is the Telecom Committee Staff Chair of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissions (NARUC). Lynn’s obtained her education in business and information systems at Creighton University and Interdisciplinary Telecommunications at CU Boulder.
