Justin Shore is Senior Counsel, Government Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) where he is responsible for crafting the organization's state and federal strategy and establishing relationships to advocate for FirstNet before its federal, state, and local stakeholders, including governors, chiefs of staff, policy directors, cabinet executives, state legislators, public safety officials, and leaders on Capitol Hill. Mr. Shore came to FirstNet most recently having worked as a corporate and regulatory in-house attorney for a publicly traded technology and customer care company. He previously worked at the Brookings Institution and has experience in both houses of Congress. Mr. Shore has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Arizona and earned his juris doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law.
