Investment Banker, Municipal Capital Markets Group

Christopher Perlitz serves as an investment banker with extensive experience funding projects straddling both the public/private sectors.  He has a thorough knowledge of the Capital Markets, Capital Leases, and public/private partnership structures and works with his investor clients on these types complex transactions.  He has a unique specialty in municipal finance and broadband.  In addition, he actively works on Federal lending policies to find ways to integrate the Capital Markets with the USDA (Rural Development), OMB, and US Treasury in Washington DC.  In the 1990’s, he worked with one of the first IP based wireless triple play networks and in the early 2000’s worked with some of the first IPTV network distribution systems.  Chris worked on the State of Colorado’s Multiuse Telecommunications Network “MNT”, which was one of the first State funded fiber networks to connect Rural America.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, actively works with non-profits in the Denver area, and occasionally will produce video content.  He was the Colorado Production Manager for Nike’s Commercial “Move” which received an Emmy for Best Commercial in 2002 during the Winter Olympics.  Chris lives in Denver Colorado with his wife and son and enjoy the Rocky Mountains via cycling, golf, skiing, and climbing.
